One to One Coaching

Whether you are pregnant and looking to start or continue exercising in a way that supports your changing body, looking to start re strengthening and reconnecting with your body after delivery, then one to one coaching can help take the guess work out of your training with bespoke plans and training sessions.

Maybe you gave birth years ago but are still managing some pelvic health issues and would like to learn how you can start to manage and rehab these considerations, I can help you build strength and regain confidence.

Maybe your goals are fat loss, building strength, building muscle, training for a sport or a specific event then one to one sessions are a fantastic option to help you progress.

Sessions are either in person or virtually via zoom.

Packages start from as little as £35 for 4 weeks of virtual coaching and £65 for 4 weeks or in person coaching.

Strong Mums Group Class

This class is currently running virtually via Zoom.

Friday mornings at 10am

Designed to help you safely progress and strengthen during pregnancy and to help you recover and rehab after delivery.
This is for mums to be and mums of all ages regardless of whether you gave birth 6 weeks ago or 16 years ago.

Emphasis is placed on helping you connect with your deep core muscles, keeping you core and pelvic floor muscles working in balance and functioning really well using  functional movements to increase overall strength, mobility and reduce common aches and pains associated with motherhood, regardless of when your pregnancy or delivery was.

I am experienced in working with women either trying to maintain their fitness during pregnancy and also helping women recover post pregnancy and those wanting to return to exercise despite having common complications after pregnancy such as diastasis recti, incontinence and prolapse. All exercises are modified and adapted accordingly, helping you safely and effectively re strengthen.

This is suitable for all fitness levels!

Virtual classes are £5 per session with a 10% discount for bookings of 4 or more sessions.

One to One Pilates

Want to start Pilates but feel intimidated joining in with an already established class, then this is a great option for learning the basics at a pace that you are comfortable with.

Maybe you need more tailored practice at some specific moves or with some of the principles of Pilates such as breathing and core control and centering.

Maybe you would like to modify your Pilates practice for pregnancy and postpartum. 

My Pilates sessions offer a full body approach but are tailored to supporting your needs and goals so if you want to improve core and pelvic floor strength and resilience, work on your posture, reduce back pain, strengthen your glutes and abdominals as well as increasing flexibility and mobility then this could be the option for you!

Strong Mums Pilates Class

This class is currently being held via zoom.

Sunday Mornings at 10am

This beginners Pilates class is specifically designed for all women, regardless of ability, fitness level, experience, age or stage in life!

Rose is qualified to instruct pre and postpartum so mums and mums and the aim of this class is to provide a pilates session tailored to the needs of pregnancy and the postnatal period.
There will be options and modifications appropriate to what ever chapter you are currently in.

The aim of these sessions is to:

  • increase your core strength and stability

  • increase Your pelvic floor function and strength

  • improve your posture and strengthen the muscles of the back

  • improve your flexibility and mobility

  • increase your strength and the appearance of your glutes

  • Promote wellbeing and a sense of relaxation.

Virtual classes are £5 per session with a 10% discount for bookings of 4 or more sessions.

Just want some information to get you started?

Maybe you are a coach working with pregnant and postpartum women and want some ideas regarding how you can better support them.

Maybe you are an athlete wanting some ideas on how to adjust your training during pregnancy and postpartum.

Maybe you are unable to commit to regular training but would like an initial tailored plan to work through on your own timescale then this could be a great option for you.

In the consultation i will aim to provide you with some concise and actionable ideas for you to be able to start working on, completely tailored to what your needs and goals are.

Strong Mums 6 Week Intensive Course

Trying to figure out how to get back into fitness and exercise after having a baby or trying to work our how to train safely through your pregnancy? Then this class is for you!


Suitable for mums and mums to be of all fitness levels, whether you have a 6 week old or a 5 year old! and little ones are welcome!⠀

My goal is to provide you with a supportive space with like minded mums and mums to be where you can learn about the key role of your core and pelvic floor, breathing, alignment and strategies for movement that are even suitable for managing common pregnancy and postpartum issues such as Diastasis Recti, Incontinence and Prolapse.⠀

I aim to help you bridge the gap between pelvic floor exercises and returning to the activites you enjoy, whether that be running around after your kids, CrossFit, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Running, Gymnastics, Bootcamp, Netball or Climbing.⠀

You will also receive a programme for you to follow at home should you wish and this course also allows you to move onto the Weekly Friday Strong Mums Class!⠀

Spaces are limited to only 10 to allow me to provide individual coaching for your specific needs.⠀

This class in held at Crossfit RTV in Earith, Cambridgeshire and is open to memebers and non members. This gym offers a fantastic, well equipped space for this class with changing facilities, an area for nursing and the older children to play.


Babies, toddlers and children welcome!

This course runs in 6 week blocks, the next one will commence when it is safe to do so as per government guidelines.

This course is £60 for the full 6 weeks.
