Service Description

The aim of the 6 week Strong Mums Course is to help you meet the demands of motherhood as well as giving you the tools to safely return to whatever type of fitness and exercise you love. All too often Diastasis Recti, leaking and pelvic/back pain are shrugged off as being part of motherhood. women are given little information regarding managing or healing these symptoms, let alone how to return to exercise. Whatever your goals, whether they are running a 10k, going back to crossfit or bootcamps, yoga or pilates, or just feeling stronger and fitter you need a strong foundation. • Learn effective strategies alongside functional movements, all designed to help you recover, reconnect, rebuild and restrengthen. • Guided full body workouts with modifications for core and pelvic floor considerations such as Diastasis Recti and Incontinence. • Workout in a supportive and motivational environment alongside other mums with evidence based advice from a qualified coach. • Bring your little ones! This is a unique course with limited spaces designed for mums and mums to be of all fitness levels regardless of how long ago you delivered.
