Service Description

Trying to figure out how to get back into fitness and exercise after having a baby or trying to work our how to train safely through your pregnancy? Suitable for mums and mums to be of all fitness levels, whether you have a 6 week old or a 5 year old! and little ones are welcome!⠀ ⠀ My goal is to provide you with a supportive space with like minded mums and mums to be where you can learn about the key role of your core and pelvic floor, breathing, alignment and strategies for movement that are even suitable for managing common pregnancy and postpartum issues such as Diastasis Recti, Incontinence and Prolapse.⠀ ridge the gap between pelvic floor exercises and returning to the activites you enjoy, whether that be running around after your kids, CrossFit, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Running, Gymnastics, Bootcamp, Netball or Climbing.⠀ ⠀ You will also receive a programme for you to follow at home should you wish and this course also allows you to move onto the Weekly Friday Strong Mums Class!⠀ ⠀ Spaces are limited to only 8 to allow me to provide individual coaching for your specific needs.⠀ ⠀ To book and join our Strong Mums Club visit⠀ ⠀ Every Friday morning 10:45-11:45 Babies, toddlers and children welcome! Open to both members and non members ⠀ £60 for the 6 weeks.⠀
